The pilots are starting to run their co-creation workshops, and I thought it would be great for people to share ideas for activities and other things that have worked well to engage end users (particularly ones who are less digitally able).

To start us off: we have found it helpful to have an ice breaker activity at the start like asking people to draw an idea for an unusual photo frame. This gets people into a creative frame of mind, emphasizes that any ideas are valid no matter how silly they appear on the surface, and lets us discuss the concept of fixation (where people fixate on how things have been done in the past) and how to break out of it.
