Are older people being excluded by the increase in digital mobility services?

In examining the survey data, we’ve noticed that older people have much lower rates of use of digital mobility services and sources of information, as well as lower use and competence with technology in general. I’m interested in any research or ideas that people have to ensure that older people are not excluded when mobility services move to more digital forms. Having a phone line or customer representatives around are the obvious solutions, but these are not always available or do not offer the same level of information.
